At Texas Festivals, we are the curators and organizers of fun, safe and interactive Festivals & Events all over the great state of Texas! We have hosted over 1300 events since 2009…everything from Snoop Dogg concerts, Margaritas Festivals, Harry Potter Bar Crawls, Corporate and Greek Life events and much more.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with vendors and sponsors to ensure successful partnerships and support for our organization's initiatives.

Requirements:

Must be a self starter and resourceful.

Able to work well with a little direction.

Identify potential vendors and sponsors aligned with the organization's goals and values.

Collaborate with marketing and events teams to leverage vendor and sponsorship opportunities for promotional activities.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistent branding.

Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and sponsors, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Make 50 weekly outgoing calls to potential or existing partners (warm and cold calls)

Send personal email communication regarding event sponsorship opportunities to potential or existing partners on behalf of Sponsorship Director
